And as far as treading lightly, please don&#039;t.  All of us teams WANT judges to come back and talk to us after judging.  It is not a faux pas at all.  We want to hear what you like, we want to hear what you don&#039;t like.  DO NOT pull punches and be nice, tell us honestly what you do not like and describe to the best of your ability the flavors you like best...This is how we as teams make better BBQ.
